How long does it take?

Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your custom portrait out to you in 7 to 10 days. During high volume seasons they can take about 14-21 days.

What currency are Limitless Portrait prices?

All prices on our store are denominated in USD.

How much does it cost?

Pricing will vary based on the number of characters (people/pets) and background type that you choose, and whether you select your print on a poster and/or canvas.

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person and are always ready to make revisions until you are happy with your portrait.

What can I have as my background?

We have custom background presets for every theme but if you want a special background let us know and we can try our best to make it happen!

Do pets count as a person? Does an extra character count as a person?

Yes, each pet and character count as a person.

What quality should the photo I send to you be?

The better quality the photo the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don't worry, we'll let you know if we're having any issues.

What file type will my portrait come in?

Your custom portrait will be delivered in either JPG or PNG form.

How are physical portraits sent?

Prints on posters and canvas will be sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Can I have more than 6 people in my portrait?

No problem just drop us an email and we can discuss large jobs.

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.

There will be a charge for changes up until the third revision. Prices may vary depending on the request.

What payment options do you support?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Printed in the USA with love, your artwork is designed and emailed out within within 7 – 14 business days. During the holiday season, timing may take longer.

After you approve your final draft, or if you do not reply within 3 business days of us emailing you the artwork, your order will be approved and finalized.

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED, WE CAN NOT DO REVISIONS OR CANCEL THE ORDER.
